Activating a new language in Guest Engagement is simple!

Just go to Settings > General and you will see the active languages in your system:

Remember, when activating a new language, you will need to provide the translations for any of the text in Guest Engagement that you have created yourself. This includes:

  • Scheduled emails

  • Offers and upgrades

  • Check-in form questions, welcome text, completion text, confirmation email

  • Concierge > Welcome text, Directions, Additional Services

  • Feedback > Survey questions, welcome and completion text

This is not a small job! So, we recommend that you prepare all your translation text before activating a new language. Then, once all text has been translated, activate the new language, and then add all of your new translation text.
