It's very simple to activate online check-in, as described in this article!

If you are a HotelTime customer, and want your guests to be able to check-in online from a Guest Engagement email, it's very easy to set up!

You can include the link to check-in online in any of your pre-arrival emails. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Open the email you want the link to appear in:

2. In the Body content box, add your desired content. We've done the following as an example:

3. Highlight the text that you want to be the clickable link:

4. Click the Link icon in the toolbar:

5. Add the following text as the link content: ###{{ guest.reservation.onlineCheckInUrl }} including the brackets ###{{ }}:

6. Click the Tick icon to save your changes.

7. Don't forget to do the same modification in each active language!
