What is it?

Guests can asend you a message from the Concierge page prior to their stay:

When the guest sends you a message, it will be sent to your property in an email, but you can always view all messages from the page Guest Activity > Messages.

Responding to messages

When you receive the email from Guest Engagement telling you a guest has sent you a message, simply reply to that email, is it will go directly back to the guest.
