How can I change the text of the Order Confirmation email?

The email sent when a guest orders something from the Concierge.

When a guest orders something from the Concierge, they will receive an Order confirmation email, to let them know that their order has been received (not confirmed). Your hotel also receives this email.

To modify the content of this email

Go to Upsell > Settings > Order confirmation email tab:

Don't forget to modify the text in each active language!

What can be customised in the email?

Only the subject line and body text of the email can be modified (highlighted below).

The rest of the content is populated automatically with the information from the order the guest placed.
