Have you considered using the check-in feature?

The Checkin feature is a really easy and efficient way of collecting checkin data prior to a guest arriving at your hotel!

The idea is that guests can provide you with this information earlier, giving your hotel a chance to update their reservation data during quieter times. Then, when the guest arrives, all they need to do is sign, put down their credit card, take the room key, and start enjoying their stay sooner.

It's really easy to create the form; just go to Concierge > Checkin, and click Add question to start building!

You can also add fields which are auto-populated based on reservation data, including:

  • Arrival date
  • Departure date
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Nationality
