Adding Languages to Concierge

To make your Concierge page (and Email templates) available in multiple languages, go to Settings > General, select the needed languages from the list of Active languages and click Save. You can also set the Default language in which the Concierge page is displayed (e.g. if the guest's language is undefined or unavailable) just below the Active languages.

We recommend you have your translations ready prior to activating a new language.

If you don't have any staff on hand to write your translation, remember that there is a translate automatically option available in concierge offers.

Note: once you have activated additional languages, you'll need to translate the content (Offers, Room Upgrades, Emails) and save the translations in your GuestJoy account.
