Editing the Pre-arrival email

To customise and edit the Pre-arrival email appearance and text, open Email templates > Pre-arrival email, and then click on EdIt email text. The email editor lets you edit:

  • The email's Subject line.
  • The greeting text before the guest name.
  • The email text. 
  • The email header image.
  • The colour of the Upgrade My Stay button opening the Mobile Concierge. 
  • The email background colour. 
  • Displaying of the Room number* and Check-in form** in the email.
  • The email signature image.

* If your PMS or Channel Manager includes the Room number information into the Reservations report data imported into GuestJoy.

** If you have enabled and configured the Check-in form under Concierge > Checkin.
